Corrugated Horns
Electroformed to a high degree of accuracy. Waveform has supplied corrugated horns in a range from 7GHz to 850GHz.
Horns have also received "space qualification" and have been flown on various satellite systems. |

Reflectors
The use of precision machined mandrels allows for the production of a range of reflectors both radar and optical. Winston cones (light pipes) can be readily electroformed in a variety of diameters and lengths. |
| |
Wave Guides
The versatility of electroforming allows for the production of a wide range of waveguide components including linear and non-linear transitions up to one metre in length. A range of conventional bends, twists and tapers is also shown. |

Corrugated Wave Guide
In TE11 and HE11 format corrugated tubes to a length of 3 meters can be supplied in a variety of thicknesses from 0.1mm minimum. |

Screens and Structures
An advantage of electroforming with nickel is to allow for the production of light weight but strong components. These properties can be utilised in the carrying and screening of electronic components. Copper screens offer anti–magnetic screening. |

Lightweight Wave Guide
The weight and strength advantages of electroformed nickel are demonstrated in "space qualified" feed. The bends, twists and transitions have been electroformed as a one piece construction. |

Horns
We can produce a variety of horns from single standard gain horns to clusters. Thin walled electroformed horns can be brought together to form complete and very complex arrays. |
